Main responsabilities: Schedule and manage logistical aspects of all webinars, virtual or in-person workshops, and conferences including (but not limited to) speaker invitations, reminders, landing pages, promotion, attendee registration, website updates, tech checks, technical support and troubleshooting, recording, reports, etc.
