Dusti joined the team in 2017 and participates in the management of Eversole Associates projects, focusing on the IWGSC and the Phytobiomes Alliance Conference. Specifically, she provides grant writing and project management for workshops, conferences, and the U.S. Culture Collections Network (USCCN).

Dusti is currently the President and CEO of Fritz Consulting, a Kansas-based agricultural consulting firm and has 20 years of experience in public policy and strategy, leadership, initiating successful research and market development programs, and hands-on research.

Dusti holds a Masters Degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University. Dusti lives in Wamego, KS, with her husband Paul and two children Maya and Nathanael.
